Second California Roadshow Aims to Engage More U.S. Investors with Stunning Beachfront Condominium Developments in the Tourist Destinations of Batangas, Philippines

Landco Pacific Corporation, renowned for pioneering premium landscapes for more than 30 years and a subsidiary of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC) with its chairman, Manuel V. Pangilinan, lands on US shores anew with its roadshow kicking off at the Rosewood Hotel, Menlo Park, San Francisco on October 12 and in Pasadena on October 26. A series of pocket events will also complement these two key activations.

“It’s an honor to return to the U.S. for our second roadshow,” said Landco Pacific President and CEO Erickson Y. Manzano. “We’re eager to help our kababayans realize their dream of owning beachfront homes — premium spaces that they can enjoy now and pass down the line as lasting legacies. Strengthening Landco’s sustained presence in the US are its key partners:  Consul General Neil Ferrer of the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco and Director Soleil Tropicales, Philippine Department of Tourism Office in San Francisco. To enliven the US roadshow, TFC (The Filipino Channel) TV personality Ginger Conejero will co-host the first event.

The US roadshow will put a spotlight on Landco Pacific beachfront condominium developments in Batangas: The Spinnaker at Club Laiya, San Juan; The Residences at Terrazas de Punta Fuego, Nasugbu and the newly-launched Nautilus at CaSoBe (Calatagan South Beach).
