Leveraging Alibaba’s extensive commercial service ecosystem and through the MCP (Multi-Cloud Platform) protocol, a series of vertical intelligent agents, such as Ele.me (food delivery), Damai (ticketing), and Taopiaopiao (movie ticketing), will be progressively integrated. Globe marked this year’s GDay with a heartfelt celebration centered on one of its most important stakeholders, its employees. Under the theme Globe Celebrates You, the company paid tribute to the passion, hard work, and dedication of Ka-Globe, while also turning the celebration into an opportunity to give back to communities through active partnership with cause-oriented groups.

Leaders kicked off the celebration by surprising employees with treats and tokens of appreciation. Taiwan Expo 2025 Opens in the Philippines: Strengthening Bilateral Ties Through Innovation

The highly anticipated Taiwan Expo 2025 in the  Philippines officially opened today at the SMX Convention Center, bringing together government  officials, business leaders, innovators, and industry experts to celebrate the deepening ties between  Taiwan and the Philippines. She encouraged Filipino  companies to maximize the Expo’s B2B networking sessions, pointing out that opportunities span  from technology transfer and talent exchange to joint ventures. “Each effort we make together  expands markets, creates opportunities, and sets the stage for even greater industrial progress,” she  said.

Audiences can expect the full force of Ballet Manila’s creative ensemble once again. The production features live music performed by the Orchestra of the Filipino Youth under the baton of Toma Cayabyab, interpreting the original score composed by National Artist for Music Ryan Cayabyab.

“To be able to hear the score again, seeing it move—it’s like watching a memory evolve. I wrote this as a legacy piece, but its return reminds me that legacy isn’t static. Ballet Manila has given the music new breath, and I feel grateful. This re-staging proves that our classics still have something urgent to say.” said Ryan.

Choreographers Gerardo Francisco Jr. and Martin Lawrance collaborate anew to shape the ballet’s emotional terrain, drawing out the tension and tenderness within Balagtas’ verse. The libretto, adapted by Dr. Michael Coroza, anchors the production in language that bridges tradition and movement.

Transporting the audiences back to the kingdom of Berbania, set designer Mio Infante and costume designer Therese Arroyo also return to define the ballet’s visual language. Drawing from Persian motifs and Filipino sensibilities, their work complements the choreography and narrative, shaping a world that moves in step with the story.
