SWIMMING, SUNSETS, AND SIPS: ALL THE REASONS TO CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS AT FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON PALAWAN

0

For most Filipinos, Christmas celebrations revolve around Noche Buena spreads, gift exchanges, and karaoke sessions. But what if there’s another way to welcome the holidays by trading the traditional route for the peace of the tropics? Enter Four Points by Sheraton Palawan, a Marriott Bonvoy resort boasting 5.2 hectares of lush nature and serenity—a holiday haven for those seeking a quiet Christmas escape. It’s nestled along Sabang Beach, just minutes from the famous UNESCO World Heritage Site Puerto Princesa Underground River, and Sabang Mangrove Forest.

An exhilarating lineup of holiday events awaits all guests. It all started with early merrymaking at the Road to Give Run 2025 last November 22, 2025. The charity event was held at the heart of Puerto Princesa, where participants ran across scenic landscapes while supporting the beneficiaries of the Save the Children Philippines and Marriott Philippines Associate Welfare and Recovery Fund.

The festivities continue as the resort celebrates its second anniversary on December 1. This includes a Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony and a hearty Noche Buena buffet from its very own restaurant, Evolution, featuring gastronomic lineups like ham leg, roasted prime ribeye, or the classic roasted turkey—great for family enjoyment. To sprinkle a traditional touch, a parol-making activity with kids from Sabang Elementary School will take place, with the lanterns to be displayed at the resort’s lobby. And looking ahead to 2026, visitors can also extend their stay to catch the resort’s New Year’s Eve Gala. Experience a revitalizing way to welcome the new year, as the resort brims with engaging yet relaxing amenities and farm-to-table fresh food options.

Here, guests have endless options to bask in the sun while anticipating Christmas Eve. This 100% solar-powered resort features modern rooms with a coastal flair, set against the stunning backdrop of Palawan’s rich waters and mountains. There’s an outdoor adult pool, a jacuzzi, and a pool bar, perfect for an invigorating dip. Of course, booze is a must at every Pinoy-style gathering, which is why Best Brews is the ideal choice. It’s the exclusive craft beer of tropical-inspired flavors in partnership with local brewery, Palaweño Brewery, with exclusive flavors like Pineapple by the Sea and Suman Pandan Pale Ale.

For a much-needed R&R, whether as a couple or a family, the resort boasts a fine-sand shoreline with a swimmable beach. Immerse in a spa sesh, and choose from massages, body scrubs and wraps, and a steam room to cap the day. Visiting with the little ones in tow? The Kids’ Pool is ready to delight them, and the Kids’ Club is there to entertain any sort of play.

But while the resort property is great for recuperation, this Puerto Princesa hotspot is not without adventures, too! The mountains surrounding the area are open for guided hiking, as well as other activities like kayaking, boating, and eco and farm tours. The location is also strategically close to the can’t-miss landmarks of the island: Puerto Princesa Underground River, Sabang Waterfalls, Sabang Hundred Caves, Ugong Rock Adventures, Sabang Mangrove Forest , and Isla Rita, to name just a few.

Altogether, this place is the spot to be if a unique, dynamic destination is what one wishes for this Christmas time. After all, every guest is guaranteed to receive a Marriott-level standard of service, with the resort being a part of its Bonvoy collection. Four Points by Sheraton Palawan makes it uncomplicated, uncompromising, and unforgettable, with amenities and nearby stunners that are certified nature-approved. Plan B: The gift that keeps on giving

0

“If you are the family’s breadwinner, your most valuable asset is your ability to earn. And the only instrument that can protect that asset is life insurance,” says Renato Vergel De Dios, President and CEO of BDO Life.

For 50 years, he has built his career around one mission: helping Filipino families achieve financial security through life insurance, or Plan B. One would think that in that span, life insurance would already be part of every Filipino’s financial portfolio. Yet many breadwinners remain without coverage, leaving their families vulnerable to financial ruin.

Let’s talk about it

In a market study conducted by BDO Life, having a tight budget, prioritizing more pressing needs, and the belief that insurance is expensive are the main reasons many breadwinners are reluctant to get a Plan B.

In his many decades of experience, Vergel De Dios has also observed that many families avoid talking about illness, death, or financial hardship—often waiting until it’s too late. More than the lack of enough income, that hesitation, he says, is the real barrier to financial security.

It is related to a widely held notion that insurance is only for the wealthy. “That’s a myth,” he says. “Insurance has never been primarily for the rich. It’s for those who need to go to work every day to provide for their families: the employees, the professionals, the hands on small business owners.”

May Plan B ka na ba? BDO Life President and CEO Renato A. Vergel De Dios has dedicated his career to helping Filipino families achieve long-term financial stability.

A Plan B that matters

For many hardworking Filipinos, insurance is what keeps the family going when income unexpectedly stops. “There are three things that life insurance does best for you—it liquidates your debt, creates a fund for final expenses, and leaves behind continuing family income,” says Vergel De Dios.

“If you are the breadwinner, you are the family’s Plan A. You are their source of security and stability,” he asserts. “But because we never know what tomorrow brings, your family has to have a financial net, a back-up—a Plan B.”

Life insurance isn’t for the breadwinner purchasing it—it’s for those who will be left behind. “Ang pamilya mo ang nangangailangan ng Plan B,” he says, a conviction shaped by his own journey as a parent. It was also his personal experience of loss that deepened his understanding of how insurance can sustain a family through life’s most difficult moments.

Pure life insurance protection doesn’t have to be costly. What makes it expensive are additional features that pay out cash benefits to the insured while he is still alive. Ultimately, what matters most is having the peace of mind that whatever happens in the future, his loved ones can continue enjoying the lifestyle that he has accustomed them to enjoy.

Starting the conversation. According to Vergel de Dios, more Filipino families need to have honest discussions about life’s uncertainties and how to protect them from it.

A present with a lasting impact

No matter the occasion, no present can express love more strongly than a gift of a secure future for those who depend on you.

“It is the most selfless purchase a man can make for his loved ones,” says Vergel De Dios.

ArenaPlus hosts Miguel Tabuena Victory Night for winning the International Series Philippines presented by BingoPlus

0

The hometown hero and ArenaPlus official ambassador is back in Manila for the Swing Above The Odds: Miguel Tabuena Victory Night hosted by ArenaPlus to celebrate his historic win during the International Series Philippines presented by BingoPlus.

The private social event was held at the newly awarded Michelin selected, Uma Nota Manila in Taguig City last November 27. Family and friends of Tabuena, partners in the media, and organizations came together for a night of celebration focusing on the champion’s achievements and journey in becoming the first Filipino to win the inaugural International Series Philippines at the Sta. Elena Golf and Country Club in Laguna last October 26.

The night started with a congratulatory video from close friends and family, heads of the Asian Tour and International Series also greeted the champion and hopes to see Miguel defend his title next year. A game of pick or pass was also played where Miguel agreed or disagreed on a statement like: playing a tournament with brand new golf club, ice baths before and after a game, wearing light colors when golfing, and so on as the crowd also reacted with the segment.

One of the major highlights of the event was the awarding of the 2.5 Million Pesos by ArenaPlus in recognition of his outstanding victory and swinging above the odds during the International Series tournament.

The check was presented by Ms. Celeste Jovenir, DigiPlus Vice President of Investor Relations, Corporate Communications and Sustainability who also shared a message of appreciation to the champion, “Thank you Miguel, in you we see your pursuit of excellence, hard work, and desire to uplift the Filipino talent on the world stage, as ArenaPlus remains committed in supporting local athletes and elevating the sports industry in the Philippines.”

A Media Q&A session was also held at the function together with Miguel and Ms. Celeste who alternately answered questions from media partners in attendance all relating to future plans, brand partnerships, and other upcoming tournaments.

Ms. Celeste answered how ArenaPlus sees itself playing in elevating other Filipino athletes and sports beyond golf, stating that, “At ArenaPlus, the country’s number one sportsbook, it’s natural for us to support the nation’s sports scene, and we started doing this on a foundation level, but even on a branding level, we have started supporting institutions including the Philippine Sports Commission, we were also a big part of the International Series Philippines. With this, we want to be able to help the country to develop top emerging athletes, providing them with the proper resources and support.”

Miguel was also asked about how does the win compare to his previous titles in terms of significance and preparation, “I believe that every International Series is special, but for this one, it was difficult and I needed to adapt to it because it had more pressure, and expectation from the people. Thank God I was able to pull it off in front of my friends, family, my wife and daughter, it was nice to be able to see them on the 18th green and have a moment with them that I will cherish for the rest of my life.” said the champion.

The event was hosted by Mr. Boom Gonzalez who called Miguel a “True Pride of the Philippines and a true inspiration in every Filipino golfer chasing their sports dreams”. Lucky Tee Draws were also announced for the guests who won exciting prizes courtesy of ArenaPlus. Also in attendance was the Concert King, Martin Nievera who shared the stage with Miguel singing Martin’s hit song “I’ll be there”, also entertaining the audience was a saxophone serenade during dinner and a set by DJ Abdel Aziz.

Before the night ended, Miguel thanked everyone in attendance, “It takes a village to accomplish something, it really does, I’m truly honored to be here in front of you, what I did took so much out of me and I wouldn’t be able to do it without all of you. I wanna thank ArenaPlus also for hosting us at Uma Nota and just be able to celebrate what has happened in the International Series, because I haven’t done it yet, so this is like the biggest start”.

Literacy and Disability Inclusion Advocate Zacarias Mansing Jr. Crowned Cebuana Lhuillier’s 2025 Happiest Pinoy Among 500,000 Entries Nationwide

0

Cebuana Lhuillier has officially named Zacarias Mansing Jr., a passionate literacy and disability inclusion advocate, as the 2025 Happiest Pinoy. His remarkable journey of transforming personal adversity into a nationwide mission for children’s literacy resonated deeply across the country. Selected from more than 500,000 entries, his win marks one of the most extraordinary achievements in the history of Cebuana Lhuillier’s pioneering advocacy.

The awarding ceremony, held last December 2 at Dusit Thani Manila, highlighted the depth and diversity of this year’s competition. Zacarias first emerged as one of the ten national category winners before advancing to the final round, where he stood alongside inspiring finalists representing youth and senior citizens, entrepreneurs, persons with disabilities, OFWs, members of the workforce, the LGBTQ+ community, creatives, indigenous peoples, and Cebuana Lhuillier clients.

A distinguished panel of judges—comprising public servants, media professionals, social innovators, athletes, and former Happiest Pinoy awardees—evaluated the finalists through a comprehensive process rooted in four criteria: Resilience; Optimism and Genuine Happiness; Champion of Hope and Impact; and an X-Factor reflecting authenticity.

Jean Henri Lhuillier, President and CEO of Cebuana Lhuillier Inc., emphasized the significance of Zacarias’s win: “Zacarias reminds us that true strength is not the absence of hardship but the courage to lift others as we rise. His life—rooted in faith, grit, and service—captures exactly what the Happiest Pinoy seeks to celebrate: joy that transforms communities and inspires lasting change.”

Zacarias’s story is a testament to that strength. After an accident abroad in 2012 left him paralyzed, he returned home determined to turn his challenges into purpose. Guided by his DRISO values—Determination, Resilience, Inspiration, Service, and Optimism—he launched the Books for Kids Project in 2017. From his wheelchair, he has traveled to more than 300 remote public schools and reached over 50,000 students, championing literacy, disability inclusion, and hope across Negros Oriental. “Being a Happiest Pinoy is about having a spirit that trusts God in all circumstances, and hands that are always ready to reach out to those in need,” he shared.

Zacarias’s triumph is more than a personal victory—it is a powerful reminder that purpose can emerge from pain, and that one person’s resolve can ignite lasting change. His work continues to inspire communities, uplift young learners, and strengthen the movement that Cebuana Lhuillier began: a celebration of joy that endures, heals, and transforms.

Fusion 2025: The OEd Community Comes Together

0

OEd (Online Education) brings together learners, leaders, and innovators for a night that redefines modern education.

Some gatherings simply unfold, and then there are those rare moments that ignite a spark. At The Fifth at Rockwell, the OEd (Online Education) community came together for Fusion. This evening seamlessly blended inspiring talks, meaningful conversations, and a celebration of what modern learning can be: accessible, forward-thinking, and deeply human.

From the moment guests stepped into the venue—many dressed in their best denim as a fun nod to the theme—the atmosphere was unmistakably OEd: warm, electric, and filled with a sense of connection. It was the kind of energy that only happens when learners, educators, leaders, and dreamers converge under one roof.

A Celebration of Learning That Adapts to Real Life

OEd (Online Education) has long been recognized for redefining what it means to study in the digital age, and Fusion has proven why the institution continues to shape the future of Philippine education.

While most events focus on formality, Fusion dared to be different—it felt like a community gathering, a celebration, and a learning festival all at once. It captured the heart of OEd’s mission: empowering every Filipino learner through flexibility, technology, and genuine connection.

A Program That Fed Both the Mind and the Spirit

The night unfolded in thoughtful layers, beginning with an energetic opening number from OEd students and the warm, lively hosting of Nicole Hyala, whose personality instantly lifted the room. This was followed by welcome remarks from Christopher Satulan, who reflected on community, commitment, and how platforms like OEd continue to change lives one learner at a time. A message from Founder Dr. Amable C. Aguiluz IX, delivered by Oliver Vergara, honored OEd’s long-standing legacy—an education system designed to adapt to students, not the other way around.

Guests were then treated to a thoughtfully curated lineup of speakers: Ericson Del Castillo, who explored The Future of Work Skills and how learners can stay competitive in a rapidly shifting world; Coach JC Libiran, who emphasized The Importance of Ethical

Behavior in the Workplace as a foundation for meaningful, values-based success; and Cleo Viray, who closed the discussions with Re-Charge Mode: Caring for Your Mental Battery, a timely reminder to prioritize mental wellness amid everyday demands.

Adding warmth and flair to the program were intermission performances from powerhouse vocalist Sephy Francisco, whose seamless dual-voice talent never fails to amaze, and the soulful Nolo Lopez, known for his heartfelt, uplifting stage presence. Their performances provided just the right moments to pause, breathe, and reconnect before diving back into the evening’s insights.

A Night That Ended With Community and Celebration

Fusion capped off with an Acquaintance Party that brought together SHS, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate students, including parents and OEd partners, in one joyful mix. It was a night of dancing, photos, laughter, and unapologetic fun—proof that even an online academic community can feel deeply personal and connected.

More Than an Event—A Reminder of Why Education Must Evolve

Fusion was more than a program; it was a declaration that education must continue evolving. OEd (Online Education) stays committed to its vision: learning that adapts to real life, champions flexibility, and empowers Filipinos no matter where they are in their journey.

Here’s to more breakthroughs, more collaboration, and more empowered learners. Here’s to OEd—and to the many lives it continues to transform.

TCL, the Philippines’ No. 1 Panel TV brand and a global leader in TVs and Air Conditioners, joined PHILCONSTRUCT 2025, the premier construction trade show in the Philippines, which simultaneously happened at the SMX Convention Mall of Asia and the World Trade Center, Pasay City, from November 6-9, 2025. As a leader in innovative home and commercial solutions, TCL highlighted its advanced commercial AC lineup designed for energy efficiency, comfort, and modern living.

The four-day PHILCONSTRUCT brought together top builders, engineers, architects, and innovators shaping the construction industry. Organized by the Philippine Constructors Association Inc. (PCA) in its 80th year, the event featured HVAC/R Philippines, the country’s leading platform for advanced heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems, highlighting the latest energy-efficient and climate-responsive innovations.

“With the direction of TCL AC to expand in the commercial segment, the Philconstruct exhibit served as the best venue to showcase our products while expanding our market reach and tapping new channels such as consultants, contractors, and developers attending the event,” Bert Cheung, Deputy Director of Air Solutions and B2B Business, TCL Philippines said.

TCL Advanced AC Lineup at PHILCONSTRUCT

TCL being a market leader in the Residential AC segment, is expanding its reach to the commercial market through its wide range of Light Commercial AC lineup and VRF products. Highlighting the T-AI Full DC Inverter for exceptional energy saving features and the prowess of our VRF products that could cater to a variety of applications.

PHILCONSTRUCT visitors got to view and experience the full line up of AC products from Residential to VRF. TCL representatives were also present at the venue to explain the functions and features of each product.

“TCL is actively broadening its reach into the commercial market, spearheaded by the TMV6 Intelligent VRF and its Full DC Inverter Central Air Conditioning System. We also showcased the Free Match Multi-Split System, providing customizable combinations to meet the flexibility demands of various projects. Our residential leadership continues with the FreshIN P7 series, a flagship line that ensures superior Indoor Air Quality by pulling in fresh external air to enhance the room’s oxygen level,” shared by Vincent Tobias, Assistant Product Manager of Air Conditioner, TCL Philippines.

The TCL TMV6 VRF System is engineered for large-scale application, boasting a maximum system capacity of 144 HP, allowing a single system to efficiently cool massive spaces. Its superior refrigerant piping length of 1,100 meters provides unmatched design flexibility for positioning indoor units across various locations. With a wide array of indoor units available, the system can serve virtually any room size.

This design saves clients substantial upfront costs on both materials and installation. Furthermore, operational expenses are significantly reduced thanks to its high Integrated Part Load Value (IPLV) of 10, ensuring peak energy efficiency, low consumption, and reliable operation via multiple built-in protection functions.

Likewise, there are new inverter technologies, energy-efficient systems and smart features that were introduced during the exhibit. “TCL pioneers the application of Artificial Intelligence to Air Conditioning systems through our T-AI Inverter technology. With this, we further enhance the energy efficiency of our units, reaching up to 80% savings as compared to a non inverter unit. Which is also observed on our EER labels as the highest in the market. TCL is also the first in the market to launch the offline voice command, giving our consumers more options on how to control their Air Conditioning units,” Vincent continued.

Designed specifically for the Philippines, TCL AC units prioritize the consumer’s budget amidst high electricity and rising costs. Our commitment is to deliver the best performance at the most consumer-friendly price, a value achieved by our Product Development team’s exceptional diligence in sourcing ideal, high-quality components.

Moreover, the TCL AC team offers expert, end-to-end support for our industry partners. This comprehensive approach is designed to provide maximum convenience and the highest level of assistance to our valued partners.

“Committed to the Philippine market, TCL continuously improves its product offerings to ensure a perfect fit. Our goal is to provide versatile solutions across various sectors—from residential to industrial, including specialized demands like those of Green Buildings for superior efficiency and integrated fresh air features. Onward, Upward, Together: Fostering Business Growth by Elevating Customer Experience

0

At the Palawan Group of Companies, leadership is more than a corporate title — it is a responsibility that directly shapes the experience of millions of “Sukis” who rely on the brand’s services daily, from the busiest city centers to the most remote barrios.

This belief took center stage at the Palawan Group of Companies’ Leadership Conference held last September 26 at The Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan. The gathering brought together over 200 executives from across the country, including area managers and corporate office leaders for a day of reflection, learning, and renewed commitment to service.

In his opening remarks, Chief Operations Officer Bobbit M. Castro reminded participants of the company’s forward-looking mission as it marks its 40th year. “Growth doesn’t pause. Excellence doesn’t settle. Now, as we celebrate four decades of serbisyong Palawan, we’re not just looking back with pride — we are preparing for something higher. Something greater. Something more meaningful than everything we have achieved thus far.”

President and CEO Karlo M. Castro followed with a powerful message on the weight of leadership: “Not all heroes wear capes. Often, they wear the badge of leadership and carry the responsibility of guiding others toward excellence.”

Chief Human Resources Officer Korina Castro-Fernando, meanwhile, officially launched the Palawan Group Leadership Development Program. She underscored the company’s commitment to continuously invest in the development of its people – the heartbeat of the organization.

Val Santos, Group HR Head, explained that the Palawan Group Leadership Program is anchored on the newly introduced Leadership and Core Competency Profile. Together, these serve as a powerful framework to guide our leaders in developing the right mindset, heartset, and skillset needed to thrive in today’s fast-changing business environment. She emphasized: “This dual launch is more than just a milestone — it is a strategic enabler of the organization’s growth.”

The event also featured renowned inspirational speaker Francis Kong, who spoke on purposeful leadership in times of change. He challenged Palawan managers to embrace adaptability and creativity as daily practices: “In times of rapid change, leaders must embrace agility and innovation—not as buzzwords, but as daily disciplines. The ability to adapt quickly while finding better ways to serve is what will separate good leaders from great ones.”

To share best practices on elevating customer experience across industries, a fireside chat was held featuring Rami Chahwan, President and Country CEO of Pickup Coffee, as well as John Velasco, COO of Mr. DIY,  Growth Advisor of Angkas, and Executive Director of Creador.

With the battlecry “Onward, Upward, Together,” the conference likened leadership to climbing a summit — a journey of resilience, teamwork, and shared purpose. For Palawan, the summit remains clear: to make reliable and affordable financial services accessible to every Filipino.

More than a conference, the gathering was a reaffirmation of Palawan Group’s philosophy that leadership is a continuous journey — one that thrives on collaboration, growth, and malasakit for both people and communities.

As Palawan Group celebrates four decades of service, its leaders say the vision is set firmly on the next 40 years and beyond: investing in people, strengthening leadership, and ensuring that at every step forward, the Suki remains at the heart of what they do.

How to Boost Your Metabolism During the Holidays

0

With the holidays just around the corner, Filipinos are gearing up for parties, reunions, and festive feasts. But before indulging, it helps to consider your metabolism. How your body processes energy affects not just your weight but your overall health and well-being.

In the Philippines, this issue is becoming more important.  The latest National Nutrition Survey shows that more than half of Filipino adults are already overweight or obese.  Other studies also indicate that many Filipinos have early signs of metabolic syndrome, which includes high blood sugar, increased waist size, and elevated blood pressure. With the holiday season approaching, paying attention to metabolic health becomes even more relevant for many people.

According to Dr. Luigi Gratton, Vice President of the Office of Health and Wellness and Chair of the Herbalife Nutrition Advisory Board, when most people hear the world “metabolism,” they think of burning calories or losing weight. “While weight loss can be a welcome benefit of a healthy metabolism, keeping it in balance affects how our bodies function, how we feel, and how well we age,” he said.

Everyday stress, processed food, and long hours of sitting, whether in traffic or at the office, can slowly throw your metabolism off track. “Chronic stress elevates cortisol and promotes fat storage,” said Gratton. “Highly processed foods, often high in added sugars and low in fiber, impair appetite control, gut health, and insulin sensitivity. And long hours of sitting reduce muscle activity, which slows metabolic rate and leads to energy imbalances in the body.”

The good news is that small, intentional shifts in your daily habits can make a big difference. By consistently fueling your body with nutrient-dense foods, staying active, and prioritizing restorative sleep, you can restore your natural metabolic flexibility and support long-term wellness.

To stay healthy through the holiday rush, Gratton shared three simple ways to boost your metabolism.

Balance Your Plate

What you eat lays the foundation for your metabolic health. Nutrition influences key metabolic processes like blood sugar control, fat metabolism, gut function, hormone regulation, and inflammation.

To support these processes, prioritize eating lean protein to build and maintain muscle mass, and include fiber-rich, nutrient-dense foods to promote gut health, satiety, and blood sugar balance. Certain botanicals have also shown promise in supporting metabolic function, including polyphenols, found in citrus fruits like oranges, lemons, and grapefruits, and capsicum, which is present in chili peppers and bell peppers.

Eating a balanced plate is not about perfection or restriction. It’ is about consistency. During the holidays, this could mean serving more vegetables alongside lechon or choosing fruit for dessert instead of another slice of cake.

Make Sure You’re Moving

Movement is a powerful catalyst for metabolic health. Physical activity helps regulate blood sugar and energy use, enhances insulin sensitivity, and helps maintain the muscle mass important to metabolic function.

Building a daily movement routine, whether through structured exercise or a brisk walk, delivers lasting benefits. The more we move now, the more we protect our ability to move later. Even with packed Christmas schedules, staying active does not have to mean a full workout. Walk between errands, dance at the party, or take the stairs when possible. Every bit of movement counts.

Prioritize Rest and Recovery

Sleep and recovery are often overlooked, yet they are essential for regulating metabolic processes. During sleep, the body restores essential metabolic drivers that influence weight, energy, and appetite. Quality sleep improves insulin sensitivity, helps regulate hunger hormones like leptin (which signals fullness) and ghrelin (which stimulates hunger), and lowers cortisol, the stress hormone that can disrupt metabolism.

Simple habits such as limiting screen time before bed, maintaining a consistent sleep schedule aiming for seven to nine hours of uninterrupted sleep, and incorporating calming nighttime routines can improve sleep quality and support overall metabolic resilience. Even if your holiday nights run late, make rest a priority. Quality sleep helps your body recover and keeps your metabolism on track.

Support a Healthier You

Metabolic health is the foundation of feeling your best, not only during the holidays but for years to come. “It is built through small, consistent shifts that support the body’s natural ability to function at its best,” said Gratton. “Balanced nutrition, regular movement, and restorative sleep work together to improve energy, digestion, weight regulation, mood and long-term vitality.”

For Filipinos celebrating the season, that can mean being mindful of portions, staying active when possible and taking time to rest between festivities.
