Norman Agatep, APR formally named Chairman and CEO of Grupo Agatep

Grupo Agatep Inc., one of the leading independent integrated marketing communication agencies in the country, announced the appointment of Norman Agatep, APR as its new Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to this appointment, Agatep served as Managing Director and President of the agency. With over 30 years of experience in Corporate and Marketing Communication, Agatep brings extensive expertise in Public Relations, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Creative Development, and Strategic Planning to lead the agency into a new era of growth and innovation. Agatep also previously led Euro RSCG Manila and Havas Worldwide Manila as Managing Director.

His dedication to the advancement of the industry extends to his current roles as Vice President-External of PRSP, Treasurer of the 4As, trustee of the ASC, and board director of the Global Alliance for PR and Communication Management, as part of the Asia-Pacific cluster. Norman is also a lecturer at Ateneo de Manila University, teaching Public Relations and Strategic Planning.

Agatep graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with degrees in Management and Communication.

In observance of World Cerebral Palsy Day, SM Cares and the Cerebral Palsy Epilepsy Family Awareness Support Group (CEFASGPH, Inc.), held an event to raise awareness about cerebral palsy, its challenges, and the importance of support for affected individuals and their families last October 19 at SM Southmall in Las Pinas City.

Aimed primarily at families living with a loved one who has cerebral palsy, the event was designed to increase awareness of the condition and the experiences of those who have it, provide resources and information for their families and caregivers, and promote inclusion and support for these individuals.

Caring for a patient with Cerebral Palsy can be very challenging, as the condition affects movement, muscle coordination, and communication skills. Knowing this, SM Cares fully supports CEFASGPH in its objective to create wide-range awareness about the condition within and outside its community.

Customers will be given (1) one raffle stub for every single receipt transaction of any food and beverage item (must include Pepsi Cola products)
  1. Participants must fill up the raffle stubs with complete name, address, contact number and affix signature and drop entry in the drop box located at the participating stores.

  4. Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email or via call. To inform the public, winners will also be posted on our social media pages within 2 weeks after the raffle draw.

If claiming by representative, present registered mail, winning claim stub plus signed authorization letter and ID of representative 12. All employees of Figaro Coffee Group, their partners and affiliates including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
  10. Winners will be given sixty (60) days from receipt of notification to claim their prize. After sixty (60) days claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Figaro Coffee Group with prior approval of DTI.

Eurotel’s Second Annual Trick or Treat Event: A Spooktacular Success!

Eurotel held its annual Trick or Treat last October 18,  in all its branches, namely, Eurotel Vivaldi Cubao, Eurotel North EDSA, Eurotel Makati, and Eurotel Las Piñas. The event attracted the participation of over 500 children and their families, creating a delightful day filled with fun, entertainment, food and giveaways. 

Every Eurotel branch was transformed into a vibrant Halloween “Plants vs. Zombies” wonderland. 

The kids donned their most imaginative costumes, ranging from classic witches and vampires to superheroes and cartoon characters.   Children and parents alike walked through different stations  of sweet treats such as donuts, cupcakes, taho,  popcorn and cotton candy.  A photo booth to capture fun moments in their costumes was a hit among the guests.   The event was even made more special with the halloween- themed goodies created and prepared by the hotel’s Food & Beverage team. 

There were also  games and activities organized that  mkept the children entertained throughout the day. From face painting to Halloween crafts, kids engaged in creative pursuits while their parents mingled and enjoyed refreshments. Special contests for the best costumes added an extra layer of excitement, with winners receiving fun prizes.

The success of the event highlighted Eurotel’s commitment to community engagement and family-oriented experiences. Families expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to celebrate Halloween in a safe and welcoming environment. Many parents noted that the event provided not only a fun outing for their children but also fostered a sense of community among attendees.

As the event concluded, families left with smiles on their faces and bags full of treats.  Eurotel plans to continue this grand  tradition, promising even more fun and surprises for its third annual Trick or Treat event.

The event was not just a celebration of Halloween; it was a wonderful gathering that brought together families, friends, and the community. With over 500 participants, it  was a resounding success and a testament to Eurotel’s dedication to creating joyful experiences for all its guests.
